People were excited to make homes following the devastation of the Christchurch Earthquakes. Wooten Place was our first large scale development of house and land packages. All homes were sold off-plan post-Christchurch earthquakes. There was a mixture of purchasers but the majority were retirees downsizing to lock up and leave houses, property investors and first home buyers.
